Delete Your ArloAndroid Account
You can request to delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will remove your login information and access to our app.
However, please note that we are required to retain healthcare and insurance records — including coverage details, claims data, and transaction history — even after your account is deleted.
To request the deletion of your Arlo account from our Android application, please follow the instructions below.
- Send an email to support@joinarlo.com with your full name and Arlo Member ID (available in the app and on your Arlo member ID card).
- Please include "Android Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
- A member of our support team will contact you to confirm your request and complete the deletion process.
